SWEDISH MASSAGE:
A variety of long flowing strokes designed to achieve ultimate relaxation and calmness in the mind and body. Gentle but firm pressure is incorporated to improve circulation, reduce stress and alleviate discomfort from muscle tension.

SPORTS MASSAGE:
Designed for athletes and the physically active to help them train and perform free of pain and injuries while reducing recovery time. The whole body or only specific areas are worked to enhance performance.

DEEP TISSUE:
Deep tissue massage involves the integration of Swedish massage techniques with a focus on the deeper muscle layers. Chronic injury and tension may lead us to develop patterns of holding; specific areas are worked with firm and deep pressure to alleviate discomfort.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE:
A wonderful massage for the mother to-be, reviving a feeling of wellbeing and peace. Common areas of discomfort may include the low back, neck, shoulders, and feet. Specifically designed pillows may be used giving the client the opportunity to lay face down with their belly in a safe and secure position.

HOT STONE MASSAGE:
Using heated stones creates a deeply soothing and relaxing massage. The heat from the stones helps release tight muscles and promotes a flow of energy throughout. Warm stones may then be placed on specific points along the spine and in the palms. This session is best experienced as a 90 min session.

REFLEXOLOGY:
A therapy in which the feet are solely worked causing deep relaxation. Stimulated points indirectly affect organs and tissues through energetic pathways. The intent of general Reflexology is to clear congestion, with the added benefit of reducing anxiety and beginning the inner healing process.

EAR CANDLING:
A pleasant and relaxing treatment used primarily for cleaning the ears to promote a healthy environment in the ears, sinus cavities and throat. Using a 12 inch hollow candle, the cone is inserted into the ear while the opening is lit creating a vacuum drawing out excess wax and debris. Each session includes two candles in each ear.
